1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Supportify AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Supportify AI provides AI-powered customer support automation for Shopify merchants, including chat widgets, automated responses, order management actions, and ticket management.
3. Pricing and Billing
- Supportify charges $0.50 per AI-resolved conversation
- All merchants receive 50 free sessions per month
- Billing is processed through Shopify's app subscription system
- Usage charges are billed based on your Shopify billing cycle
- Merchants can set a maximum billing cap to control costs
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the AI to generate misleading or deceptive content
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data, including chatbot configurations, knowledge base content, and customer interactions. We process this data solely to provide the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, with reasonable notice when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Supportify AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may uninstall the Shopify app at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy (90 days).
